doodle4doodle | One week to deadline! + How to request an extension if you need one (Reply)

Hello everyone!! I hope you're having an enjoyable time with your doodles!

The deadline is approaching! Works are due in a little over one week on Wednesday, June 17 at 8 PM PDT. Depending on your time zone, this may be on Thursday for you--you can check how much remaining time you have on the countdown timer.

Be sure to submit your doodle to the Doodle 4 Doodle collection, request an extension, or default using the default button by the deadline!

Extension Requests

All works (including all assignments and all pinch hits) are currently due on June 17.
All extension requests will be granted!
Be sure to request an extension before the deadline (countdown timer).
You may request an extension with a new due date of 8pm PDT on June 21, or 8pm PDT on June 22.
If you need to request an extension, please get in touch on the screened mod post or by email!

Remember to check your work

Please check your assignment before work reveals to make sure your embed links are working and your images are visible. Sometimes there are issues with image hosts disabling embeds/changing links to expire after a short period of time. This is especially true if you hosted your doodle on Discord.

I will be checking all assignments after the deadline to make sure images are visible & embedded on ao3. I will attempt to catch any broken links at that time, but I may not catch everything, so be sure to double-check your works!

Collection Opening

As a reminder: the collection opening will be delayed if every participant who has requested 3+ fandoms does not have a gift. Any participants who were defaulted on and have no gifts will be posted as post-deadline pinch hits after the assignment deadline next week.

We currently have two pinch hits in search of a creator. Please check those out! If you are a pinch hitter, or thinking of pinch hitting, you can put up requests on the pinch hitter post. We'd love to make you treats!
